Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@pynkyswrld.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable.

Handmade Product Variations

Some PYNKYSWRLD products are individually handmade, sewn, or finished. Slight variations in stitching, print placement, coating, color placement, or finish may occur. These subtle differences are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects when they do not affect the product’s function or intended use.
